After ten long months on the market with other agencies without any offers, we were continuously disappointed with real estate agents who were constantly overpromising but regularly under delivering.
Sue Jiang is an organized, efficient and competent real estate agent dramatically changed our conception towards real estate agents. Within the first three weeks of our listing, she obtained a very satisfactory offer for us. Unfortunately due to some unforeseen personal reasons of the buyers they were unable to complete the contract.
Sue is the most conscientious real estate agent I have ever seen, she helped us to obtain the full amount of the deposit. As a developer and project manager, I had previously encountered miscarriage of agreement before and during the sale of another house we owned. Yet in that case the real estate agent did not help us to obtain the full amount of deposit written in the agreement. This situation created much financial hardship for us as the agent was only concerned with their commission.
Moreover, the frustration of the contract did not stop Sue to keep working on our house. Within the next few weeks, she secured another purchaser. Thankfully everything proceeded successfully this time. Now, the purchasers found their dream home and we can move on to the next step of developing another property.
In summary, Sue is a diligent, patient and trustworthy real estate agent with an abundance of positive qualities that I cannot fully describe.
